[스팀엔진 토큰 소개] 스팀몬스터 팩 토큰 (Alpha, Beta)

### ROUND-2 : 스팀 몬스터 팩토큰
스팀몬스터(이하 "스몬")는 스팀 블록체인 기반으로 출시된 Dapp 중 확실히 **<code>유의미한</code>** Dapp이다.

스몬의 소개는 솔직히 의미가 없으니 생략하고, 오늘 이야기 하고 싶은 부분은 **<code>스몬 팩코인</code>**이다. 솔직히 개인적으로 스몬을 하지 않아 내부 이코노미가 어떻게 돌아가는지 확실히 알지는 못하지만,

몬스터 팩을 현금(암호화폐 포함)으로 구매한 후 카드팩을 오픈하면 랜덤 확률에 따라 레전더리/에픽/레어/커먼 순의 카드를 취득하게 되고 이때 획득한 카드로 플레이어간 대전을 통해 STEEM을 획득할 수 있는 생태계가 이미 조성된 상태이다.

참고로 카드팩은 일일 퀘스트를 통해 취득할 수도 있는데,

문제는 일정 이상 카드를 모은 플레이들은 일일 퀘스트의 보상인 카드팩이 소위 말해 "계륵"상태에 도달하게 되었다는 것이다. (이미 모든 카드가 만렙이기 때문)

레전더리 카드를 뽑지 못하면 0.01달러에도 판매가 불가능한 상황이 현재 스몬이 처한 현실이기 때문이다. (물론 소환사 카드나 일부 에픽은 그 이상의 시세를 형성하고 있다)

이를 타계하기 위해 등장한 토큰이 **<code>팩토큰</code>**이다.

스몬은 카드팩 sale을 Alpah와 Beta로 구분해서 판매를 했다. (팩당 2달러)
팩토큰은 오픈하지 않은 카드팩(알파, 베타)을 각각의 거래가 가능한 토큰 형태로 전환해 주는 이코노미를 갖추고 있다. 바꿔 이야기 하면 팩토큰은 필요시 카드팩으로 전환도 가능하다.

이 점에 주목해야 한다. 팩토큰이 개당 2달러 이하라면 굳이 스팀몬스터를 통해 몬스터 팩을 사기 보다 팩토큰을 사는 것이 이득인 셈인 것이 되고, 따라서 팩토큰은 최소 2달러의 가치를 지니게된 것이다.
더불어 일일 퀘스트로 얻는 카드팩 역시 팩토큰으로 변환 가능해 졌고, 결국 현금화가 가능해 졌다는 의미이기도 하다. 의미 없이 카드만 모으는 것이 아니라는 것이다.

개인적으로 하스스톤 보다 게임의 완성도도 우수하지 않고, 유저층이 넓지 않은 카드 게임인 스몬이 이 정도 까지 오게 된 것은 스몬팀의 기획력이라고 본다. 유저의 작은 목소리도 구체화 시키는 자유분방함!!! 팩토큰 역시 좋은 투자처가 될 수 있을 것이라 생각해 본다.
