***Starting this week, we will have a new theme for the contest each week***

The theme this week is    ***Tutorials!***  

- do a tutorial and teach something to the new steemians! It can be a tutorial about anything in the blockchain the important thing is that the post be educational and useful to new users!

- Make a post of your own for your entry and leave the link in the comments.

The ideals of the Minnow Support Project and its Palnet Discord are Peace, Abundance, and Liberty. So, any post looking to participate in the contest needs to meet those ideals. the winning post and the runner ups are determined based on a combination of factors which include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Quality of the post - this is the highest determining factor.

* Posts that best support Peace, Abundance, and Liberty 

* Posts that include video should contain some supplemental text about the video. Also, understand the Dtube links do not always open.

* For every 100 upvotes on this post there is a resteem position available. Resteems are guaranteed by the @minnowsupport account, but may also catch an additional resteem from the @aggroed account and other MSP witnesses for an additional 5k+ views.

* We try to give everyone a chance to win so we avoid allowing the same winner(s) 2 weeks in a row.

* Any posts found to be plagiarized by Cheetah will be disqualified. 

* Minnowsupport reserves the right to make a final judgement regarding the quality of a post for resteem.

**The winners will be announced and resteemed one day before this post payout.** 

- Please make sure that you have enough time left on the post rewards so that the post is still active by then.

 - All posts looking to enter the resteem contest can have their payout doubled if the person participating is part of our community PAL in discord. 

- ## ***3 users*** will be given resteems and 5 Steem or SBD for their participation. Going forward if the winners are registered members of the PAL discord and also have a minimum of t!rank 5 with our tatsumaki bot they will get double the Steem for winning. Please note that this status will be verified at the time of the selection of the winners.

***Restrictions***
You must be a minnow, which means you have to have earned less than 5k SP through post rewards
