your position for a vote is determined by how many votes has been produced on your behalf, just keep posting and it will give you your outstanding votes. you will get all your outstanding votes as fast as possible, ot makes a best effort to keep you on track numerically with the other users so if you have to leave your computer for a while, you can come back and your account will catch up.
