Vivimos en un mundo convulsionado y demandante, tanto el estrés como la ansiedad, el insomnio y la depresión son algunos de los males que padecen hombres y mujeres en todo el mundo. El estrés puede generar desórdenes y graves consecuencias en la salud y en el bienestar psico-emocional, por eso es necesario buscar momentos de paz y de conexión con nosotros mismos. Aprender a relajarse es cada vez más necesario, la música es una excelente herramienta para lograrlo. Con esta serie quiero ayudarte a encontrar, a través de la música,  esa calma y esa relajación que  tanto anhelas y necesitas.
