Chicken Climbing Towards Sky 🐤My Actifit Report Card: October 20 2020

What is your first thought about seeing this chicken? Maybe climbing the stairways to heaven? Hm ...  I don't know if Robert Plant's song was in the mind of the author while drawing this, but the thing is, I can't consider it as extraordinary street art. These chicken drawings are everywhere in town, I don't know their true message. Maybe I'll find out one day.

Until then, I am founding out some old, already known truth about practising the piano. Never practise a new, difficult, technically demanding piece in fast tempo, and during a long time without warming up. If you feel some troubles, just slow down, practise it mentally, or take a break. This morning I practised more than I should, even when I noticed some strange feeling in my arm. So, now I am with pain in my right forearm, my tendons are aching and I will have to take a break during one or two days 😒. I don't want to blame this black cat for my bad luck, but who knows😂

I guess the same thing happens if we play sports without warming up well. Luckily, my activity is hiking or walking, so I cannot damage myself. Especially if the walk was short, as it was in my case today. Very low achievement in steps today, I have to improve it tomorrow.
