¡Hola mis amores! ¡Qué tal!¡Como me le va! Dejando por aqui un poco de mi opinión sobre él Mundial de la FIFA Qatar 2022, en su inicio, debo decir que quedé muy satisfecha por el resultado de Ecuador 🇪🇨 2 VS Qatar 0. Al menos vi que hicieron un buen partido en el primer tiempo, por lo menos, aunque en el segundo tiempo bajaron un poco el rendimiento. Lo importante que ganaron el partido, iniciamos bien.

Hablando un poco sobre ser protagonista, ahora que estamos de mundial, me trae a memoria dos hechos. Es mas fácil ser un *Espectador* que ser un *Protagonista* los dos cumplen un rol totalmente diferente en cualquier ámbito de la vida. Siempre el público de los Espectadores, será mucho más, que el de los Protagonistas.

At least I saw that they played a good game in the first half, at least, although in the second half they lowered a little performance. The important thing that they won the game, we started well.

>Talking a little bit about being a protagonist, now that we are in the World Cup, it brings to mind two facts. It is easier to be a *Spectator* than to be a *Protagonist*, the two play a totally different role in any area of life. The audience of the Spectators will always be much more than that of the Protagonists.

***¿QUE ES SER UN ESPECTADOR?***

Muchas veces nos conformamos con lo más fácil, ver lo que otro hace, muchas veces se trata por no tener el talento, el tiempo, la disposición o el enfoque; nos conformamos con pagar una entrada, ser fans, mirar desde afuera, desde lejos, desde las gradas cualquier espectáculo, o vivencias de la vida.

Muchas veces perdemos de vista momentos hermosos, por estar ocupados, distraídos o por no darle importancia a ciertos eventos de la vida. También porque preferimos no involucrarnos de lleno en tal o cuál actividad por no tener tiempo, 
recursos o por temor. 

Ser espectador no conlleva ninguna responsabilidad, no hay demanda de esfuerzo ni sacrificio, ni metas por alcanzar, por lo tanto no hay disciplinas que cumplir, muchos menos trabajar en equipo. Ni rendir cuenta a otro.

Es más sencillo acudir a un evento como audiencia,como aficionados,  fanático,  porque el compromiso es menos relevante, por ejemplo: asistir a un recital musical o un concierto, de teatro, de deportes o cualquier otra actividad de recreación cultural.  Que ser parte del mismo.

***WHAT IS IT LIKE TO BE A SPECTATOR?

>Many times we are satisfied with the easiest thing, to see what someone else does, many times it is because we do not have the talent, the time, the disposition or the focus; we are satisfied with paying for a ticket, being fans, watching from the outside, from afar, from the stands any show, or life experiences.

>Many times we lose sight of beautiful moments, because we are busy, distracted or because we do not give importance to certain events in life. Also because we prefer not to get fully involved in this or that activity due to lack of time, resources or fear, 
resources or out of fear. 

>Being a spectator does not entail any responsibility, there is no demand for effort or sacrifice, no goals to achieve, therefore there are no disciplines to fulfill, much less teamwork. No accountability to another.

>It is easier to attend an event as an audience, as a fan, as a fanatic, because the commitment is less relevant, for example: to attend a musical recital or a concert, theater, sports or any other cultural recreation activity.  Than to be part of it.

***¿QUE ES SER UN PROTAGONISTA?***

En cambio hay quienes aman ser parte de la jugada, estar dentro o formar parte de un equipo, pues tienen el talento, la disposición, el enfoque,  el tiempo,las ganas, cree que nació para eso y se esfuerza y trabajan duro, luchan por alcanzar sus sueños aunque esto conlleve sacrificios.

Estar dentro del juego conlleva responsabilidades que cumplir, compromiso contigo mismo, con tus sueños, con tus metas por alcanzar, debes abstenerse de muchas cosas, demanda sacrificios, disciplina,  enfoque por lograr ese objetivo para el cual has venido trabajando mucho tiempo.

Ser protagonista es un trabajo arduo que conlleva días, meses y hasta año, es dar el todo por el todo, llegar a la meta, ganar el primer lugar y así obtener ese premio y la satisfacción de haber logrado por lo que tanto se trabajó. Y decir valió la pena.

El espectador al protagonista de manera indirecta le exige dar lo mejor de sí, eso es lo que se espera, que lo represente bien, no solo a su público, sino también a su familia, entrenador, mentor, equipo, empresa, institución, o nación. Lleva sobre su hombro una gran responsabilidad y muchas veces presión mental y emocional.

***WHAT IS IT LIKE TO BE A PROTAGONIST?

>On the other hand, there are those who love to be part of the game, to be in or be part of a team, because they have the talent, the disposition, the focus, the time, the desire, they believe they were born for it and they make an effort and work hard, they fight to achieve their dreams even if this entails sacrifices.

>Being in the game entails responsibilities to fulfill, commitment to yourself, to your dreams, to your goals to achieve, you must refrain from many things, it demands sacrifices, discipline, focus to achieve that goal for which you have been working for a long time.

>Being a protagonist is hard work that takes days, months and even a year, is to give everything for everything, to reach the goal, to win first place and thus get that prize and the satisfaction of having achieved what you worked so hard for. And to say it was worth it.

>The spectator indirectly demands the protagonist to give the best of himself, that is what is expected, to represent him well, not only to his audience, but also to his family, coach, mentor, team, company, institution, or nation. He carries on his shoulder a great responsibility and many times mental and emotional pressure.

Trabajar en equipo no es fácil, es decidir someterse a un entrenamiento vigoroso y esforzado por otra persona, quien tiene la capacidad, la formación, el carácter, la disciplina para lograr de esa persona y de todo el equipo la meta propuesta que es ganar, ganar. Ser protagonista es ponerle alma, corazón, inspiración y movimiento.

Trabajar o jugar en equipo después de sudarse un poco trae su recompensa monetaria, aplausos, felicitaciones y celebración. Porque ha habido una competencia sana entre equipo, y gana el que mejor se ha preparado, el que da lo mejor, el que usa las mejores estrategias y dividen los esfuerzos en unidad, cada uno asumen su responsabilidad desde su lugar o posición y trabajando cómo un equipo, como si fuesen uno. 

En este entrenamiento no cuenta tu opinión,  debes trabajar y coordinar con otros, que también tienen sus propios pensamientos y formaciones,  es un continuo desaprender para aprender, es someterse y aceptar las reglas del juego. De no ser así, no se logra el objetivo.

To be a protagonist is to put soul, heart, inspiration and movement.

Because there has been a healthy competition between teams, and the winner is the one who has prepared the best, the one who gives the best, the one who uses the best strategies and divides the efforts in unity, each one assumes their responsibility from their place or position and working as a team, as if they were one. 

>In this training your opinion does not count, you must work and coordinate with others, who also have their own thoughts and formations, it is a continuous unlearning to learn, it is to submit and accept the rules of the game. Otherwise, the objective is not achieved.

***MIS PROPIAS VIVENCIAS***

Anteriormente era demasiado individualista,  independiente,  me gustaba trabajar sola, ir adelante  y si me era posible hacerlo sola mucho mejor, esto me trajo mucho cansancio, degaste y frustraciones. Admito que me costaba someterme bajo la tutoria de otra persona,  eso era complicado para mí, hasta que aprendí de poco a poco a aceptar que me era necesario trabajar en equipo, y así las cosas funcionaría mejor, porque se distribuía las responsabilidades y no terminaría agotada.

Definitivamente trabajar en equipo se alcanza mejores resultados, más rápido paso a paso, es un esfuerzo compartido, toda una organización, un continuo aprendizaje, delegar a otros funciones y así estar sin estrés, es  dar lo mejor de uno mismo, sabiendo que lo que haga será el bienestar de otro.

He sido espectadora por mucho tiempo, hace ya como desde siete años para acá comenzé a ser parte de un equipo, en principio no me fue fácil,  pero poco a poco comenzé a unirme al equipo, puedo decir que mis amigas me tuvieron paciencia, supieron hacer un buen trabajo en mi, ellas sabían que yo era una pieza fundamental para el equipo, después todo fluyó. Luego hace tres años volví hacer equipo online con un grupo desconocido de 20 personas y fue algo emocionante, nos apoyamos en todo lo que podemos y creamos una gran lazo de amistad, trabajar en equipo es algo emocionante.

***MY OWN EXPERIENCES***.

>Previously I was too individualistic, independent, I liked to work alone, to go ahead and if it was possible for me to do it alone much better, this brought me much fatigue, wear and frustrations. I admit that it was difficult for me to submit myself under the tutelage of another person, that was complicated for me, until I learned little by little to accept that it was necessary for me to work in a team, and so things would work better, because responsibilities were distributed and I would not end up exhausted.

>Definitely working in a team is achieved better results, faster step by step, it is a shared effort, a whole organization, a continuous learning, delegate to others functions and thus be stress-free, is to give the best of yourself, knowing that what you do will be the welfare of another.

>I have been a spectator for a long time, about seven years ago I started to be part of a team, at first it was not easy, but little by little I began to join the team, I can say that my friends were patient with me, they knew how to do a good job on me, they knew that I was a key piece for the team, then everything flowed. Then three years ago I came back to make an online team with an unknown group of 20 people and it was something exciting, we support each other in everything we can and we created a great bond of friendship, working as a team is something exciting.
