I wouldn't call it unfriendly, but rather in testing phase. I can make a special tag to call this bot, but then it won't reach to all the users, just like this post. But I'd consider your input and try to improve on it. Thanks ^^

If you don't want to make a special tag to call this bot, can't you make a special tag to uncall (to not to call) this bot?

That's one and the same thing if you re-read it. Also, it's better to make a tag for process initiation instead a tag for process de-initiation. 
The bot works on category tags mentioned by users in the comments. By what you're suggesting, users have to add that special tag to make sure it doesn't call the bot. Doesn't this process sound tedious to you?
Instead, a special tag, which user can mention so that it can call the bot.
Which sounds easier to you?

Perhaps you didn't get me.
If it gets initiated by category tags, it's super easy to use for the user whenever it's required. But then what's the solution when one don't want to initiate it yet he/she wants to use category tag in his comment? Shouldn't a special tag to not to activate the bot is required there?

Well, whatever you think is good, you just go ahead with it. I was just giving my piece of mind. You know your bot and its audience better. I ain't into coding.
