[ESP-ENG] Un arroz diferente//A different rice
<center>Hola amigos Hive, saludos y bendiciones a todos.</center>

<center>En esta oportunidad les quiero compartir la receta de un rico arroz que hice hoy, le digo diferente, porque mi expectativa era un arroz chino casero, pero en nuestro país Venezuela estamos en un proceso de reconversión monetaria, lo cual me dificulto adquirir los ingredientes que me faltaban para el arroz chino casero, asi que decidi accionar con lo que tenía en casa, ya que quería comer un plato diferente al rico.</center>

**Ingredientes:**

-  2 tazas de arroz ya cocido.

- 1/2  pechuga de pollo.

- 300 gramos de cebollin.

- 1  Zanahoria.

- 4 ajíes dulce grandes.

- 300 gramos d mortadela de pollo.

- Ajo (10 dientes).

- Sal al gusto.

- 3 Cucharadas de azúcar.

- 1 huevo ( para tortilla).

**Ingredients:**

- 2 cups of cooked rice.

- 1/2 chicken breast.

- 300 grams of onion.

- 1 carrot.

- 4 large sweet peppers.

- 300 grams of chicken mortadella.

- Garlic (10 cloves).

- Salt to taste.

- 3 spoonfuls of sugar.

- 1 egg (for omelet).

**Procedimiento**

Primer paso:

Se pica la pechuga en tiras, para luego condimentar con sal y ajo y se reserva en el refrigerador, de igual modo se pica la mortadela de pollo en la misma forma y también se reserva.

Paso 2:

Procedi a lavar el cebollin, los ajies y zanahoria, seguidamente los pique en juliana. Estos se colocan separadamente para al momento de incorporarlos se hace uno por uno.

Paso 3:

Se coloca el sartén a calentar con aceite para preparar un caramelo, sustituyendo la salsa de soya y asi mi arroz pudiera quedar doradito, al estar ese caramelo listo agregue el ajo machacado, el pollo picadito y deje que se cocinara y tomara ese hermoso color y su rico sabor también, está cocción estuvo en un lapso de 15 minutos y retire el pollo del sartén. Al mismo tiempo estaba preparando 2 pequeñas tortillas con el huevo sencillas, para agregar al arroz.

Step 3 :

The skillet is placed to heat with oil to prepare a caramel, replacing the soy sauce and so my rice could be golden brown, to be that caramel ready add the crushed garlic, chopped chicken and let it cook and take that beautiful color and rich flavor too, this cooking was in a span of 15 minutes and remove the chicken from the pan. At the same time I was preparing 2 small tortillas with the simple egg to add to the rice.

Paso 4

En este paso incorpore en el sartén la mortadela de pollo, la saltie 5 minutos y le añadi la zanahoria, ajies y un poco de cebollin para que se cocinara todos juntos con la finalidad de suavizar los vegetales en un tiempo de 10 minutos. Ya estando listo agregue el pollo ya cocido, la tortilla picada, el arroz y los uní en forma envolvente hasta que todo estuviera bien incorporado por 5 minutos, le coloque sal al gusto, seguidamente le coloque el resto del cebollin movi y apague. Listo para degustar mi rico arroz diferente.

Step 4

In this step I incorporated in the pan the chicken mortadella, saltie 5 minutes and I added the carrot, chili peppers and a little onion to cook all together in order to soften the vegetables in a time of 10 minutes. Once ready, I added the cooked chicken, the chopped tortilla, the rice, and I mixed them together until everything was well incorporated for 5 minutes, I added salt to taste, then I added the rest of the onion, stirred and turned it off. Ready to taste my delicious different rice.

Hola @misi21 muy interesante receta, muy bien desarrollada. Sólo tengo una sugerencia, trata de que las fotografías salgan más nítidas. Sé que a veces las cámaras o los teléfonos no ayudan mucho, pero empleando luz natural, se pueden mejorar notablemente. Si te fijas en mis posts, yo tomo la mayoría de las fotos en mi jardín interno, pues mi cocina es oscurísima, y las fotos no mostrarían realmente lo que quiero mostrar en el post. Espero que esta información te sea útil. Saludos.

Hola @sirenahippie gracias por la sugerencia y la estrategia a tomar para mejorar la calidad de las fotos, lo tomare en cuenta y lo pondre en practica porque ciertamente la cámara en ocasiones no me ayuda. Saludos.
