It’s believed that good health brings sound wealth, good morning my fellow hivers, and happy weekend in advance. I want to update you this morning on medicinal plants, herbs, and flowers that we have abandoned for so whatever This morning as I was sweeping I saw this plant beside my fence and I remembered its use of it and I will love you to give it a try and appreciate me later.  Malabar graass which is commonly known as lemongrass is a plant, herb, and flower grown across Asia, Australia, and Africa in large quantities, it's a plant of about three to six feet tall, with sharp green-bladed leaves. It's a subfamily plant from panicoideae and is scientifically known as CYMBOPOGON.  FUNCTIONS OF LEMONGRASS. Lemon grass has thousands and one functions, in our body, surrounding, and our food. The leaves of Malabar plants and the oil is antibacterial and can also be used to cure and prevent various sickness and infections in our body such as cough, high blood pressure, vomiting, cold, blood sugar, cholesterol, fever, and many more mention.  The leaves are boiled for five to ten minutes duration, and the green leaves color is extracted and served warm or chilled. It can be taken in the morning with an empty belly which can reduce a lot of fat and weight from our body, some people take it as green tea and it helped in achieving a good night's sleep from anxiety and stress.   In cooking, lemon grass can be used as an alternative to vegetables and can be used as a sauce and in juice, it adds flavor to a meal with its richness in vitamins and minerals as a part of the diet on our food.  The fragrance of the plant can be used to manufacture soap, deodorants, and cosmetics in our factory. I strongly believe that if we go back to use of this herb our health will be outstanding and free from unnecessary sickness, while we will be strong to do our daily activities of the week with a sound mind.
