What worked for you in the past might no longer work for you now. The good news: ***The Human Body is EXTREMELY Adaptable*** So that means you can be lean, mean, fit and healthy on a plant-based diet, on a meat-based diet, on a hight protein diet, on a hight fat diet. They can ALL work! The most important thing is to take these 3 things into consideration: 1. **Does it match my unique physiology?** (hint: how do you feel after following a set protocol for a few weeks?) 1. **Does it include foods that you enjoy so that you can be consistent?** (hint: are you forcing down food that you HATE just to get results? Does it make you miserable?) 1. **Is it realistic in terms of your budget and your logistics?** (hint: do you have time to spend 3 hours everyday meal prepping? Do you have the budget to shop only organic foods?)
