<div class="text-justify">Saludos amigos, espero se encuentren muy bien, por aquí seguimos con el mini curso de galletas de mi hija, es una verdadera fortuna verla aprender cosas nuevas, su cara de felicidad al buscar los ingredientes, al hacer la mayoría de los pasos ella misma es maravilloso, ya se cree toda una chef. En esta oportunidad realizaremos galletas de mantequilla.

<div class="text-justify">Usaremos 250 gramos de harina de trigo todo uso, 150 gramos de mantequilla con sal, 100 gramos de azúcar pulverizada, 2 yemas de huevo y media cucharada de vainilla, primeramente cremaremos el azúcar y la mantequilla, luego incorporaremos la yemas y mezclaremos un poco e incorporaremos la vainilla hasta formar una mezcla homogénea.
 </div>

<div class="text-justify">A continuación tamizaremos la harina de trigo e incorporaremos todo muy bien, amasaremos por unos minutos hasta tener todo integrado.

<div class="text-justify">Esta masa la colocaremos dentro de una bolsa plástica y la llevaremos a la nevera por 30 minutos, transcurrido ese tiempo sacamos de la nevera, damos forma a las galletas, colocamos en una bandeja sobre papel encerado y llevamos al horno a 180 grados por 15 minutos.
 </div>
