<div class="text-justify">¡Hola! feliz domingo para todos, por aquí les traigo una receta muy práctica, le gusta mucho a mi hija, normalmente se la hago para el desayuno o para merendar, es de pocos ingredientes y fácil de hacer, para realizarla necesitaremos:

&#10003; 2 tazas de harina de trigo todo uso preferiblemente.
&#10003; 1 taza de agua.
&#10003; 1 cucharada de mantequilla.
&#10003; 2 cucharadas de azúcar.
&#10003; ½ cucharadita de sal.

<div class="text-justify">Para prepararla unimos todos los ingredientes en un bol y amasamos hasta obtener una masa que no se nos pegue en los dedos, pasamos a nuestra mesa para amasar por un periodo de 15 minutos aproximadamente. Metemos en nuestro bol y reservamos en la nevera por 10 minutos.

<div class="text-justify">Pasado el tiempo estipulado sacamos nuestra masa de la nevera, colocamos un poco de harina en el mesón y estiramos con un rodillo, debe quedar muy delgada nuestra masa. Luego con la ayuda cortador damos forma a nuestras torrejas del tamaño deseado.

Yo hice una pequeñitas para mi hija, las corte con un dosificador de remedio.

<div class="text-justify">Luego freímos en abundante aceite a fuego medio bajo, pues se cocinan muy rápido y con el aceite muy caliente se pueden quemar.

Finalmente servimos y espolvoreamos azúcar sobre ellas.
