Contest CCC #2.50. What do you do with...? || Lentils | Lentejas ||

<p>De allí, apagar el fuego y al plato. Me encantan acompañando una rica pasta &quot;al dente&quot;.</p>
<p>Ahora el paso a paso.</p>
<ol><li>Cocínelas, drante unos 20 minutos; después de tenerlas en remojo, aproximadamente durante 4  horas (Ya las tenía previamente cocinadas y congeladas).</li></ol>

Puede agregarle carne picada y tendrá albóndigas mixtas, de mayor valor nutritivo y mayor facilidad para que el organismo realice la absorción de hierro (según mi nutricionista)</p>

<p>¿Les gustó este uso de las lentejas?</p>
<p>Les daré un tip. Como somos pocos en casa y me da pereza cocinar un poquito de lentejas y luego otro poquito, cocino el kilo o medio kilo completo. Luego lo congelo y voy sacando del congelador para diferentes preparaciones, como sopa de arroz con lentejas y vegetales, lentejas refritas al ajillo para acompañar las arepas, etc etc.</p>
<p>Mi invitación para que desarrollen la creatividad en la cocina. Y para que participen en todos los concursos y retos que puedan, así aprendemos todos de todos.</p>
<p>En este Concurso de @gertu; yo aprendí a germinar los granos de lentejas (@gertu) y  a preparar lentejas  sin la cocción previa (@sacra97). Anímense a participar, ésta es la convocatoria:

I&#x27;ll give you a tip. Since we are few at home and I am lazy to cook a little lentils and then another little, I cook the full kilo or half kilo. Then I freeze it and take it out of the freezer for different preparations, such as rice soup with lentils and vegetables, lentils fried in garlic to accompany the arepas, etc. etc.
