Iniciativa: Cocinando a todo color con HiveFood - Semana #4 NARANJA - [ESP/ENG]
<div class="text-justify"> Me encanta que esté abierta esta nueva edición de HiveFood, la Semana #4 Naranja. Al leer naranja, enseguida vi las rozagantes zanahoria que compré esta semana, que en verdad son tiernas y crocantes. Y ¡cuantas cosas se pueden hacer con estos crocantes vegetales!</div>

Todo el plato ofrece hermosos tonos naranja sobre una base dorada. </div></p>

<h2>¿Cómo lo hice?/As I did?</h2><p> <h3>Pollo/Chicken</h3></p><div class="text-justify">Despresé el pollo y lo coloqué en el envase para meter al horno (un sartén, con mango metálico). Aunque compré un pollo entero, solo utilicé los perniles y las alas completos. La pechuga la dejé para preparar "reina pepiada", el carapacho, espalda y puntitas de las alas para sopa. Es lo que se dice un pollo bien aprovechado.</div></p>

<p><div class="text-justify">Pero vamos al grano, coloqué un fondo de agua en el sartén, sobre ella el pollo, luego rodajas de ajo porro, rocié con sal, pimentón rojo picante y pimentón dulce, por último una fina lluvia de aceite de oliva. Lo metí al horno, cuando ya estaba doradito lo volteé. La ventaja de colocarlo sobre agua es que no se pega y tampoco se consume grasa adicional a la del pollo. Cuando volvió a estar dorado. Ya estaba listo para ir al plato. Y lo serví.</div></p>

<h4>Puré marmoleado/Marbled puree </h4></p> <div class="text-justify">Es muy sencillo, le quité la piel a una zanahoria grandecita y a dos papas pequeñas, las corté en rodajas y las puse a cocinar en agua hirviente con sal, primero la zanahoria, unos minutos después las papas, porque la zanahoria es más dura que la papa.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Al estar cocinada la papa (se pincha fácil con un cuchillo), les quité casi toda el agua, y aplasté con un tenedor ambas, zanahoria y patata. Le agregué un puntito de nata, removí muy bien y serví con la medida del arroz. Quedó realmente marmoleado, luciendo sus dos colores.</div>
