According to the researchers, due to lack of sleep during childhood obesity and fat increase or later increase the risk of fat increases throughout the body. Research did not find any substantial evidence about that particular period, due to lack of sleep, which later had greater effect on obesity. Elsie Towers of Mass General Hospital for Children, in America, said that taking enough sleep in early childhood is an independent and firm factor to increase obesity and fat. Towers said that we could not find a special 'important period' of the impact of sleep on weight. At any time during the early childhood, sleep deprivation had adverse effects. This research has been published in the journal Pediatrics.
