Hello all friends. 

Good evening to all beloved friends at hive, especially to friends who have joined @hive-learners and also to those who are part of @newbie-hive. Best wishes to all friends, I hope all friends are fine and always in good health . I thank the friends of the community team who have opened this space so that we can join here. I am very grateful because I am still among friends who have an extraordinary spirit, this is a blessing for me because I am already among all of you. Alright friends, on this occasion I want to answer all questions realistically and also in my opinion.

>- What is your Hive goal at End of Initiative (Within 3 months) in terms of Hive strength, followers, comments and order, and other Hive related goals?.-

My goal for the next 3 months, actually I really like being able to learn English to make it easier for me to communicate with community members, this is very important in my opinion. I also want to build relationships with each other in the community or to be able to learn together, in my opinion in this language it is very important to expand communication or in our discussions together, so far indeed I don't know many words in English, but for In the future, I will continue to study so that I can have a good discussion with community friends.

 **HIVE POWER (HP)** In the next 3 months I also want to increase Hive Power, now my Hive Power is 236 HP and my target is for the next 3 months my Hive Power can reach 500 HP more, with this I have to do this often make quality posts and also often participate in predetermined contests. From the first time I joined Hive, I continued to learn little by little until the day I targeted my Hive Strength to 500 HP in the next 3 months, from my target I will always try to get it, if we look at my target, it's been for 3 months In the future I need to collect my Hive Strength around 264, , if I average I should collect almost 3 HP in one day. Indeed, this number is too big for me, but what's wrong if I want to try, and I am still optimistic about the target that I have set and hopefully I can achieve it.

**FOLLOWERS** So far I have 75 followers, so far I joined the Hive Platform I follow other people more than my followers. In this case, I don't think it's too important for me to target the number. Then my reputation on Hive is 61 and for the next 3 months hopefully my account reputation can reach 64.

**COMMENTS** For now I have made 1000 Comments and these 250 posts based on data from Hivebuzz. In the future, I want to improve my comment data, because I think that commenting a lot is one of my interactions with other users on the Hive Platform. Then I also want to increase the number of my posts in the next 3 months, in the next 3 months I will try my posts will be 400 posts. Hopefully in the next 3 months I can achieve this dream of mine.

>- How can I achieve my goals?- 

Everyone will of course have a different way of achieving their goals, as well as me, I have drawn up my plans to be able to achieve my goals as I have written above. In the future I will increase the number of posts and I will try to be able to make posts with quality and can benefit many people, and I will also increase my engagement with the community and also with all users on the Hive Platform, besides that I will also increase engagement. I'm on Discord with friends and other seniors. My hope from this goal and my method can achieve what I have targeted.

>- Challenges I may face in order to achieve my goals.- 

To achieve the goals we have always dreamed of, of course there will be challenges, but we don't need to be afraid, the important thing is that we must be desperate and try our best to make it happen. Especially when it comes to physical health, not many people think about it all the time. For me, physical health is one of the biggest challenges for me, because if our bodies are not healthy, we can't make something perfect. Time is also a challenge for me, I am also one of the employees who always serve my country's rice, but I always allocate as much time as possible in order to achieve my goals. Then I don't have a good camera, to take pictures, I still use my cellphone camera, even though I take pictures with my cellphone but I always try to get good pictures. Maybe this is another obstacle that I didn't know about before, namely the disaster, everyone doesn't know about the disaster, this is also an obstacle that I have to think about.


Maybe this is all I can write about what my goals are on Platform Hive and also how I achieve them.
