Polarized glasses causing quantum effects? (#Sciencepic)

Ok this is really weird. It was a pain to balance a phone and two pairs of glasses so please forgive the quality.

What we have here is a computer screen, a pair of 3D polarized glasses and a pair of polarized sunglasses. 

Polarized light is basically packets of light lined up in one direction. Natural light is not lined up, but once it hits a surface, say, water, it all bounces off in the same direction - polarized. Polarized glasses are designed to block only that polarized light. 

Laptops and phones emit polarized light, so at the right angle, the sunglasses completely block the screen's light **(area A)**. However, what I find very strange is when you add a second pair of polarized glasses, the light somehow manages to cut through **(Area B)**. In my struggle to understand, this appears to be related to the quantum nature of photons, but at that point I gave up trying to understand.

If anybody in @steemstem can explain, please do and enlighten us all!

*Also, note the blue tint in **Area C** from only the 3D glasses. When rotated, this turns into a yellow tint.*

To my understanding, there is actually a polarizer covering your computer screen. So now, you are actually having 3 polarizers in front of your camera.
I guess the picture here explain pritty nicely on why you can observe light on Area B :D

And by the way, i feel a bit weird for 3D glasses as they can't completely block the screen light (I am not sure if this is universal, but it happens to me)

Oh and I did know about the polarized screen - you can actually fix up the screen by removing it and make it so only you can view the contents with a pair of glasses, everyone else just sees white. It's pretty cool
