[ENG] Fortaleza y flexión de músculos, rehabilitación de rodilla. [ENG] Strength and flexion of muscles, knee rehabilitation.

Comenzamos la semana realizando ejercicios de fortalecimiento, flexión y reactivación de los tendones, abductores, cuádriceps, para ir agarrando un poco más de circulación sanguínea, y así poder ir normalizando la movilización de la rodilla.



 We started the week doing exercises for strengthening, flexing and reactivating the tendons, abductors, quadriceps, to get a little more blood circulation, and thus be able to normalize the mobilization of the knee.




Haremos 2 series de 10 repeticiones.



 We will do 2 sets of 10 repetitions.




#Ejercicio 1.

Nos colocamos de pie, con las piernas más separadas de los hombros, y empezamos a contraer el abdomen con la respiración y vamos flexionando la rodilla lesionada, colocando los brazos hacia adelante al momento de realizar la flexión.

#Exercise 1.

#Ejercicio 2.

Colocados de pie, con las piernas separadas a la altura de los hombros, empezamos a realizar una semi sentadilla, llevando los brazos al frente cuando realizamos el movimiento.

No te preocupes si no tienes tanta flexión , o te resulta difícil realizar los ejercicios, trata de utilizar bien la respiración para poder realizar bien los ejercicios.
