[ESP] Se te hace difícil ir al gimnasio? Vamos a practicar juntos. [ENG] Does it make it difficult for you to go to the gym? Let's practice together.
Buen día a toda mi comunidad @hive que estén teniendo un bendecido día. A veces amanecemos o tenemos programadas nuestras rutinas y no se cumplen como queremos, y lo que solemos dejar de lado es ejercitarnos, para cumplir con lo demás,  Cuándo deberíamos tomar más tiempo para cuidarnos y estar saludables, así que hoy como cada día practicaremos ejercicios que no demanden  mucho tiempo, así que comencemos.



Realizaremos 3 series de 10 repeticiones.


We will do three sets of 10 repetitions.

• Nos colocamos de pie, nuestros brazos estirados hacia abajo sosteniendo la pesa, comenzamos llevando una pierna hacia atrás y flexionamos las rodillas .

• Al levantarnos elevamos un brazo de lado, elevando la pesa y al realizar el movimiento mantenemos la respiración y el abdomen fuerte.

•• Comenzamos el  ejercicio abriendo las piernas y realizando una flexión, nuestros brazos se extiende cuando descendemos.

Tratemos de mantener nuestro espalda erguida, el abdomen fuerte y la respiración acordé el movimiento para realizar un buen ejercicio y así tonificar nuestros músculos.
