yeah, OpenAI is not open 😂 I want permissionless AI not permissive and heavily regulated with "ethical" licenses. Stable Diffusion is a step in the right directions but also not completely permissionless. Original version comes with an nsfw filter (for art 🙈) and invisible watermarking.

Haha, yeah very much depending on what kind of open one is referring to. I was often enough criticized in academia how I'm daring to demand open to be free. I happily topped up ausbit's bot credits yesterday as I think it's very promising. Not to mention that the other permissioned options are too expensive to take on the risks for experimenting with it. Isn't art also about experimenting, trial and error as well?
