You can create a BitTube Address yet you can get an address by downloading one of their wallets from their official website:

We decided to downloaded the Desktop wallet, they also have a mobile wallet which should work, use what you feel most comfortable with.

Install the wallet, provide a seed (KEEP THESE KEYS SAFE!!) then you have to provide a common password to open the wallet, thereafter you will be able to get a address by clicking on "receive" in the left hand navigation.
