Pumpkin halwa by using my mother recipe ✨🤗 | creative Sunday
Hello 👋beautiful people✨, how are you all? I hope you are all well and enjoying your beautiful life❤. Alhamdulillah, I am also enjoying my beautiful life🤗. And today is a beautiful Sunday morning🍃, I am posting a delicious recipe as a creative Sunday post. I hope you all enjoy it.
Today I was craving something sweet, so I wasn't have anything special at home, and I didn't feel like getting up and going to the market.
So today I have pumpkin at home in my childhood When there were pumpkins at home, my mother used to make a very delicious sweet pumpkin halwa. Today, I  am making this pumpkin halwa for myself and my family using my mother recipe.

**Ingredients:-**

Pumpkin
Almond
Coconut
Sugar
Ghee

**Procedure:-**

So first of all, I peeled the pumpkins and put them in a clean container. Then, I washed them and grated them one by one, grating all the pumpkins.

 After grating all the pumpkin, I took it out in a bowl. After that, I chopped all the nuts, sweets, I used them in pumpkin halwa. I chopped them one by one. First, I chopped the almonds, then I washed coconut, then half piece of coconut I chopped,  and half piece I grated.

 After that, I put the cylinder on medium flame and then placed the cooking pot on it. I put the pumpkins in it which I had grated. Then I let them cook in their water because the pumpkins have their own water inside them. I kept stirring it for a while. When the water inside the pumpkins dried up a little, I added ghee to it and then roasted it in the ghee.

 Then after roasting it for a while, I added sugar to it, then roasted it again well, and when all the water inside the pumpkin was gone and it was reduced to half its quantity, I added the almonds and coconut I had chopped.

 After cooking it for a while, now our dish is ready, our delicious pumpkin halwa. Then I put it in two glass bowls to cool in the refrigerator and then we ate it with great pleasure and my family liked it very much because we made this after a long time.
