INICIATIVA: - #OvercomeSadness/ Danzando la tristeza
Saludos gente bonita de @holos-lotus
agradecida con @gsbilbao por proponer está [iniciativa]( https://peakd.com/hive-131951/@gsbilbao/iniciativa-overcomesadness-como-superar-la), invito a mis amigas @mosa71, y @yadiramelgar a contarnos sus experiencias.

Hasta hace muy poco tiempo, tenía la tendencia de evadir la emoción de tristeza y rabia, pues tenía la creencia de que bajaba mi frecuencia vibratoria de tan solo sintonizar con esaa emociones.

Así que desde muy joven aprendí a evadir todo aquello que me hiciera sentir en tristeza.
Culturalmente crecí con la convicción de que era una guerrera, y estar triste era una escusa para los débiles.

Cuando me forme como coach Ontológico por primera vez escuchaba eso de conectarse con las emociones, con el sentír. Desde ese instante comencé a llorar casi por todo. 
Sentía que había reprimido una emoción por muchos años bajo la creencia de que estaba mal sentir tristeza.

Luego en la formación de Biodanza comencé a sentir aún más. Sin motivo aparente lloraba con mucha intensidad, desde el alma.

**Llorar para limpiar el alma**

Entonces si sentir tristeza es algo legítimo, por qué será que cuándo vemos a alguien llorando enseguida acudimos cómo ambulancia a decirle "no llores, ya va a pasar".? 

Hasta eso lo aprendí en la Biodanza, no solo expresar mi sentir sino dejar a otro que lo exprese. Si puedo hacer algo es brindar contención en caso de que lo pida.

**Danzar el caos**

Danzar la tristeza me parece orgánico y respetuoso, pues el caos es parte de la vida, así que sentir con todas las letras la tristeza me ha dado la posibilidad de abrazar mis sombras. Aceptar lo que no puedo cambiar y aprender a vivir con lo que si tengo. 

Cómo el cuerpo grita lo que la mente intenta callar, casa vez que iniciaba una danza sentía un nudo en la garganta, el pecho apretado, Noe entendía nada de lo que pasaba más aún así seguía participando de las clases todas las semanas.

Ya que era el único momento donde podía manifestar mi sentir sin miedo al juicio o a las intenciones de "no llores eso va a pasar", me di la posibilidad de sentir tristeza profunda de esas que vienen del alma  durante la sesión de biodanza. 

A veces las prácticas religiosas, mentales, o corrientes positivistas hacen enfasis es mantenernos en lo positivo, lo bueno y lo bello. Aunque eso está muy bien, la sombra también forma parte de nuestra luz, entonces más que una estrategia para "salir de" la tristeza, mi re-aprendizaje es conectarme desde la afectividad con aquello que me lastima,  es entregarme a la vivencia. Danzar la rabia, el coraje, la perdida..

**Cuando pierdo la motivación**

Sentirme en apatía  es más frecuente en mi que la tristeza, tal vez es una tristeza disfrazada de desgano, sin motivación ni disfrute por nada. Cuando estoy en este estado no hay una causa aparente pero en el fondo es la necesidad de vibrar con algo que me llene de entusiasmo, de vida.

Soy una persona creativa, y mi pasión es como la llama de un fósforo, soy intensa pero breve para todo. Dese una relación de pareja, hasta cualquier proyecto que me entusiasme, después de un cierto tiempo ya le perdí el sabor. Es por ello  que necesito estar en permanente búsqueda de proyectos nuevos y cosas que me conecten con la pasión por la  vida todos los días.

Cuando caigo en este estado de apatía es similar a la depresión, no me provoca hacer nada en todo el día, solo dormir. 
No hay algún evento que lo dispare solo ocurre y de manera  frecuente. Es por eso que al darme cuenta de que algo no va bien intento "sacudirme" la apatía.

- Practicar de manera regular la biodanza.
- Contactar con la naturaleza. 
- Mantener la mente ocupada trabajando.

Antes me generaba angustia sentir apatia, por aquello de que es estar como zombie por la vida,pero al conocerme y aceptarme, intensa y fugaz, soy más amable conmigo y se interactuar mejor con quiénes me rodean.

grateful to @gsbilbao for proposing this [initiative]( https://peakd.com/hive-131951/@gsbilbao/initiative-overcomesadness-how-to-overcome-it), I invite my friends @mosa71, and @yadiramelgar to tell us about their experiences.

Until very recently, I had the tendency to avoid the emotion of sadness and anger, because I had the belief that it lowered my vibrational frequency just by tuning in to those emotions.

So from a very young age I learned to avoid anything that made me feel sad.
Culturally I grew up with the conviction that I was a warrior, and being sad was an excuse for the weak.

When I trained as an Ontological coach for the first time I heard about connecting with emotions, with feeling. From that moment on I started to cry almost for everything. 
I felt that I had repressed an emotion for many years under the belief that it was wrong to feel sadness.

Then in the Biodanza training I began to feel even more. For no apparent reason I cried with great intensity, from the soul.

**Crying to cleanse the soul**

So if feeling sadness is something legitimate, why is it that when we see someone crying we immediately go as an ambulance to tell them "don't cry, it will pass"? 

Even that is what I learned in Biodanza, not only to express my feelings but to let others express it. If I can do something, it is to offer support in case they ask for it.

**Dancing chaos**

Dancing sadness seems to me organic and respectful, because chaos is part of life, so feeling sadness with all its letters has given me the possibility to embrace my shadows. To accept what I cannot change and learn to live with what I do have. 

How the body screams what the mind tries to silence, every time I started a dance I felt a lump in my throat, my chest tightened, I didn't understand anything of what was happening but I still continued to participate in the classes every week.

Since it was the only time where I could express my feelings without fear of judgment or intentions of "do not cry that will happen", I gave myself the possibility to feel deep sadness of those that come from the soul during the session of biodanza. 

Sometimes religious practices, mental, or positivist currents emphasize is to keep us in the positive, the good and the beautiful. Although that is fine, the shadow is also part of our light, so rather than a strategy to "get out of" the sadness, my re-learning is to connect from the affectivity with what hurts me, is to surrender to the experience. Dancing the anger, the courage, the loss...

**When I lose motivation**

Feeling in apathy is more frequent in me than sadness, perhaps it is a sadness disguised as listlessness, with no motivation or enjoyment for anything. When I am in this state there is no apparent cause but deep down it is the need to vibrate with something that fills me with enthusiasm, with life.

I am a creative person, and my passion is like the flame of a match, I am intense but brief for everything. From a relationship to any project that excites me, after a certain period of time I lose the taste for it. That's why I need to be in permanent search of new projects and things that connect me with the passion for life every day.

When I fall into this state of apathy is similar to depression, it does not cause me to do anything all day, just sleep. 
There is no event that triggers it, it just happens and frequently. That is why when I realize that something is wrong I try to "shake off" the apathy.

- Regularly practice biodance.
- Contact with nature. 
- Keep my mind busy working.

Before, I used to feel anguish when I felt apathy, because it was like being a zombie through life, but now that I know and accept myself, intense and fleeting, I am kinder to myself and I know how to interact better with those around me.

Milagros, iniciaste con una verdad muy verdadera: nos suprimen la tristeza y el llanto. Nos hacen creer que es para débiles, que no podemos sentir ni vivir con debilidad en algunos momentos. Qué bueno que aprendiste a dejar fluir la el desánimo y a que otros también lo hagan. 

Gracias por este aporte. He escuchado sobre Biodanza, pero nunca la he practicado. Lo tendré en cuenta.
