#####  The head of the White House, Joseph Biden, said that the United States strongly condemns the missile strikes by Russia: "These attacks only further strengthen our commitment to support the people of Ukraine as long as necessary."

#####  Latvian President Egils Levits emphasized that support for Ukraine must be doubled: "The recent bombings of Kyiv and other targets should remove any doubt that the Russian Federation is a terrorist state that seeks destruction and domination. Global support for Ukraine must be doubled to stop this evil."

#####  The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland also issued a categorical condemnation: "There are no excuses for Russia's barbaric actions against the Ukrainian civilian population... These crimes will not be forgotten.

> Очільник Білого дому Джозеф Байден заявив, що США рішуче засуджують ракетні удари росії: "Ці напади лише ще більше зміцнюють наше зобов’язання підтримувати народ України стільки, скільки буде необхідно."

> Президент Латвії Егілс Левітс підкреслив, що підтримку України необхідно подвоїти: "Останні бомбардування Києва та інших цілей мають усунути будь-які сумніви в тому, що рф є терористичною державою, яка прагне до руйнування та панування. Глобальну підтримку України необхідно подвоїти, щоб зупинити це зло."

> У МЗС Польщі також виступили з категоричним осудом: "Варварським діям росії, що б’є по українському цивільному населенню, немає виправдань… Ці злочини не будуть забуті.

> Зовнішньополітичне відомство Італії також засудило варварські удари рф: "Підтверджуємо непохитну і стійку підтримку України і її народу. Висловлюємо цілковитий осуд і найвище обурення цими діями [рф], які ще більш обтяжують відповідальність росії у контексті її невиправданої агресії."

##### Electricity supply was fully restored in Kharkiv and the region, except for the recently de-occupied territories. Oblenergo was informed about this.

> - Електро- та водопостачання у Львові відновили у повному обсязі. Також електропостачання відновлено в усіх населених пунктах регіону. Про це повідомив голова ОВА Максим Козицький. 
> - У Києві запроваджують погодинні відключення електроенергії. Від 11 жовтня щоденно оприлюднюватимуть графіки із адресами та часом, упродовж якого буде відключена електроенергія. Очікується, що тривалість відключень не перевищуватиме чотирьох годин. Про це повідомили у компанії ДТЕК. Графік відключень обіцяють публікувати щоденно на сайті оператора.
> - У Харкові та області повністю відновили електропостачання, окрім нещодавно деокупованих територій. Про це повідомили в обленерго.
