Hello friends. I will give you a burrito recipe that I always make. A delicious crunchy pastry. It's more challenging than a pan pie. But for the difference, I also make this pastry. I love the taste too. My guests loved it when they arrived.

**PROCESS**: 
I cut the dough into triangles. When we cut it 4 times in the middle, we can get triangles of the size we want. I prepared 2 different mortars for the inside of the pastry. I made it with potato and cheese mortar.

For my first mortar, I boiled the potato. After boiling, I mashed it into a puree. I added salt, sweet ground pepper, cayenne pepper and black pepper in it.

İlk harcım için patatesi haşladım. Haşladıktan sonra ezip püre haline getirdim. İçine tuz, tatlı toz biber, pul biber ve karabiber ekledim.

I used curd cheese for my second mortar. I grated kashar cheese on it. I just don't like the taste when I use curd cheese. I think using a few different cheeses gives the pastry a good taste. If the curd cheese is unsalted, you must add salt. I added the cheese I bought because it is unsalted. I added black pepper and paprika.

İkinci harcım için lor peynir kullandım. Üzerine kaşar peynir rendeledim. Sadece lor peynir kullanınca tadını sevmiyorum. Birkaç farklı peynir kullanmak böreğe güzel tat veriyor bence. Lor peynir tuzsuzsa tuz eklemelisiniz. Benim aldığım peynir tuzsuz olduğu için ekledim. Kara biber ve pul biber ekledim.

I prepared the sauce for the yufkas. The sauce is very simple and has few ingredients. I just added oil and water. I thoroughly mixed 1 glass of oil and 1 glass of water.

I applied this sauce well to each phyllo dough. You have to eat the sauce very well. Otherwise it will be dry.

Then I put the cheese mortar I prepared into the phyllo and wrapped it in a rectangular shape. You shouldn't wrap it too tightly. It is more delicious and crispy when it is wrapped a little loosely.

Daha sonra hazırladığım peynir harcını yufkanın içine koyup dikdörtgen olacak şekilde sardım. Çok sıkı sarmamalısınız. Biraz gevşek sarınca daha lezzetli ve çıtır oluyor.

I put egg yolk on the pastries I prepared last. I poured sesame on the cheese ones. I poured both sesame and black cumin seeds for the ones with potatoes. Important to distinguish

I baked the pastries in the oven until the top and bottom of the pastries were well browned. That's it. It's really delicious. You should definitely try it. I also took it to my friends at school. They liked it a lot.
