<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Saludos amigos de la comunidad <a href="https://hive.blog/trending/hive-108943" >SWC</a>, En la publicación de hoy, hubieron más callos😮‍💨😭 ¿Que tal calistenicos? Espero tengan un buen día, yo en general tuve un día decente digo decente porque estuve progresando con el front lever y para equilibrar las cosas me salieron 2 callos nuevos, ya no se que hacer solo hacer un truco de dinámicos ya me revienta la mano, parece que necesitaré un periodo de descanso más extenso para que mis manos estén aptas para el entrenamiento porque a este ritmo lo único que haré será dejar mi mano entera en la barra.

Para empezar el día de hoy estábamos enseñándole a un integrante de nuestra crew a hacer una voltereta hacia adelante desde arriba de la barra, algo que duró aproximadamente 30 minutos completos solo el primer intento, algo ridículo dado que a pesar de la altura y el miedo que puede ocasionar un salto de ese tipo, nuestro amigo Royer es alguien que anteriormente hacía parkour con saltos igual de altos aunque ya fue hace un tiempo de eso, hacer este salto no debió de serle ajeno. De todas formas, terminó haciendo el salto después de un par de intentos por lo que empezamos con lo bueno del día.

Vale, ¿Y lo malo? Pues en el momento en el que empezamos a hacer combos dinámicos empezando con algo sencillo como el swing 360 haciendo un agarre en tornado para luego hacer un ginger que me salió bastante bueno, pero aquí fue donde empezó todo el desastre. Solo un truco en específico me ha dado algo complicado el aterrizaje y ese es el frisbee, en el momento en el que agarré dicho truco supe que esto iba a doler y dos callos se desgarraron dolorosamente por ambas manos, un callo en cada mano me imposibilitaron seguir practicando trucos dinámicos entonces para no perder el día decidí hacer estáticos pero no los mismos pinos que he estado haciendo desde hace rato, pensé: "Hagamos front lever".

Entonces eso fue lo que hice, debido a los callos incluso hacer front lever fue doloroso pero nada con lo que no pudiera, por lo que, usando un poco de magnesio en mis manos y empecé con lo más básico lo cual fue un front lever levantando solo una pierna, me dolían un poco las manos pero soportable, podía durar un buen rato ahí si quería pero no era mi objetivo, por lo que rápidamente pasé a un half front lever para subir la dificultad, en esta ocasión sentí más presión al hacer el truco pero sabía que si pasaba a un front lever completo me iban a doler más las manos y no sabía cuánto podía durar la por lo que bajé y refresqué mis manos en un poco de agua ya que sentía mis palmas ardiendo así que usé más magnesio en mis manos y fuí directamente a un front lever completo para luego contar: 1, 2 y... caí, no logré llegar a los 3 segundos por culpa del dolor de mis manos y cuando miré, mis callos estaban sangrando, tal vez deba dejar el entrenamiento hasta aquí, eso fue todo por hoy y espero verlos en mi siguiente post💪

It seems like I'll need a longer rest period to get my hands ready for training because at this rate, all I'll be doing is leaving my entire hand on the bar.

To start off today, we were teaching a member of our crew how to do a front flip off the top of the bar. The first attempt took approximately 30 full minutes, which was ridiculous given that, despite the height and the fear that such a jump can cause, our friend Royer is someone who previously did parkour with similarly high jumps, although that was a while ago. This jump must not have been foreign to him. Anyway, he ended up landing the jump after a couple of attempts, so we started with the good times of the day.

Okay, and the bad? Well, the moment we started doing dynamic combos, starting with something simple like the 360 swing into a tornado grab and then a ginger, which I did pretty well, but this is where the whole disaster began. Only one trick in particular has given me a bit of a challenge landing, and that's the frisbee. The moment I landed said trick, I knew this was going to hurt, and two calluses tore painfully on both hands. One callus on each hand made it impossible for me to continue practicing dynamic tricks. So, to keep the day going, I decided to do static ones, but not the same handstands I've been doing for a while. I thought, "Let's do front levers."

So that's what I did. Because of the calluses, even doing a front lever was painful, but nothing I couldn't handle. So, I used some chalk on my hands and started with the most basic thing, which was a front lever lifting only one leg. My hands hurt a little, but it was bearable. I could last a while there if I wanted, but that wasn't my goal. So I quickly moved on to a half front lever to increase the difficulty. This time, I felt more pressure when doing the trick, but I knew if I went to a full front lever, my hands would hurt more, and I didn't know how long I could last. So, I went down and refreshed my hands in some water since my palms felt burning. So, I used more chalk on my hands and went straight to a full front lever. Then, I counted: 1, 2, and... I fell. I couldn't make it to 3 seconds because of the pain in my hands, and when I looked, my calluses were bleeding. Maybe I should stop training there.
