<liketuimages> <center>       </center> </liketuimages> <div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left"><center><h1> Una tarde de estáticos [ESP|ENG]</h1></center></div> <div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right"><center><h1> An afternoon of static💪 [ESP|ENG]</h1></center></div> --- |<center>Spanish</center>|<center>English</center>| |-|-| <div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Saludos amigos de la comunidad <a href="https://hive.blog/trending/hive-108943" >SWC</a>, En el post de hoy fue un día de "descanso", por así decirlo, dado que hoy estuve sin muchas ganas de entrenar por estar ocupado en el trabajo, no quise entrenar por mucho tiempo así que me dedique a algo más tranquilo, así que me centré en estáticos variados empezando por un pino en las barras paralelas durando los justos 3 segundos, luego intenté hacer algo que no había hecho antes y fue pasar de un pino a una tuck planche, sorprendentemente para mí, logré hacerlo con esfuerzo y bastante bien para ser la primera vez, pero eso seguramente fue porque mi cuerpo estaba ligero hoy, espero que la próxima vez me salga así otra vez. --- Hice algunos ejercicios para calentar y estirar obviamente pero apenas tuve la oportunidad me fui de cara a un Back lever, debido a que es mi mejor estático, (ya me conocen soy más de dinámicos), hice unos dos press seguidos, algo muy bueno debido a que no he entrenado estricto he tenido el pensamiento de que he ido aflojando algo la técnica así que es grato saber que aún puedo darme esas libertades con el back lever, intenté hacerlo a una mano pero aún no me sale, le preguntaré a mi amigo Jeter si me da unos consejos. --- Algo que he estado practicando hace un par de días ha sido el pino desde las barras paralelas, como hace poco le perdí el miedo a la altura de las paralelas me ví impresionado al darme cuenta de que podía durar unos respetables 5 segundos, después de pasar de pino a tuck como había mencionado antes, pasé directamente a un front lever que aunque la postura no era perfecta me permitió durar 4 segundos, que a pesar de que pude durar más o mejorar la postura se me hizo algo complicado, necesito progresar más en el front lever así que seguramente mi siguiente publicación trate de eso, por lo tanto eso fue todo por hoy espero verlos en mi siguiente post💪 </div> <div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right">Greetings friends of the <a href="https://hive.blog/trending/hive-108943" >SWC</a>, Today's post was a "rest" day, so to speak. Since I haven't been training hard, I've been thinking that I've been loosening my technique a bit, so it's nice to know I can still take those liberties with the back lever. I tried doing it one-armed, but I still haven't been able to get it right. I'll ask my friend Jeter if he can give me some tips. --- Something I've been practicing for a couple of days has been the handstand from the parallel bars. Since I recently lost my fear of the height of the parallel bars, I was impressed to realize I could last a respectable 5 seconds. After going from handstand to tuck, as I mentioned before, I went directly to a front lever. Although the posture wasn't perfect, I was able to last 4 seconds. Although I could have lasted longer or improved my posture, it was still a bit complicated. I need to progress more on the front lever, so my next post will probably be about that.
