En la publicaci贸n de hoy les hablar茅 de un acontecimiento que me pas贸 ayer mismo cuando entrenaba y es que mi amigo Royer dijo que mi combo hab铆a quedado muy bien, por lo que quiso hacer una especie de competencia contra mi combo, por lo que se prepar贸, y le dije a mis dos compa帽eros Angel y Polanco que sean los jueces; ellos hab铆an visto ya mi combo, por lo que ten铆an una idea de lo que ten铆a que hacer Royer para superar mi combo, por lo que pusimos el cron贸metro en solo 30 segundos y empezamos la ronda.

Royer empez贸 con un swing 360 que no le sali贸 muy bien debido a que agarr贸 poco impulso, por lo que hizo un muscle up con un roll pin que combin贸 con un molino hacia adelante en el cual se encogi贸 desde arriba y puso los pies en la barra para dar un giro en esa posici贸n hacia atr谩s, aplaudi贸 para dar algo de show y se baj贸 de arriba de la barra para agarrarse de nuevo y hacer un 540 con toque para acto seguido hacer un ginger que no agarr贸 y, como solo le quedaban 5 segundos, decidi贸 quedarse as铆 y hacer un backflip en el suelo.

Las opiniones de mis amigos fueron claras: yo fui el ganador y, la verdad, me emocion茅 bastante, ya que era la primera vez que le ganaba a Royer porque era 茅l quien me integr贸 a la calistenia, quien llevaba m谩s a帽os practicando, y fue una sorpresa ver que le gan茅 en calistenia, aun si fue por un error suyo. Logr茅 ganar un duelo que yo pensaba estaba perdido para m铆. Despu茅s de un periodo de 3 a帽os de pr谩ctica, he visto una gran diferencia de habilidad entre mi yo del pasado y mi yo actual. Pienso que es un buen momento para sentirme orgulloso por mi progreso; eso fue todo por hoy y espero verlos en mi siguiente post. 馃挭

In today's post, I'll tell you about something that happened to me yesterday while I was training. My friend Royer said my combo had turned out really well, so he wanted to have a sort of competition against it. So, he got ready. I told my two teammates, Angel and Polanco, to be the judges. They'd already seen my combo, so they had an idea of what Royer had to do to beat it. So, we set the timer for just 30 seconds and started the round.

Royer started with a 360 swing that didn't go very well because he didn't get much momentum, so he did a muscle-up with a roll pin, which he combined with a forward windmill. He shrank from the top and placed his feet on the bar to perform a backward spin. He clapped for a bit of a show and then stepped off the bar to grab it again and do a 540 with a touch. He then did a ginger, which he missed. Since he only had 5 seconds left, he decided to stay that way and do a backflip on the floor.

My friends' opinions were clear: I was the winner, and honestly, I was quite excited, since it was the first time I'd beaten Royer. He was the one who introduced me to calisthenics, and he'd been practicing for years. It was a surprise to see that I beat him in calisthenics, even if it was because of a mistake on his part. I managed to win a duel I thought was lost. After three years of practice, I've seen a huge difference in skill between my past and present self. I think it's a good time to feel proud of my progress; that's all for today, and I hope to see you in my next post. 馃挭
