Hi Steemians, it's nice to be back again.

it has been a while not blogging on this site due to my busy schedules in my personal life.

now, let talk about -Hatred.- 
>which associated with feelings of anger, disgust and a disposition towards the source of hostility.

How these hard emotions will consume our energy and soul? 
that will affect our daily lives.

Yes, if you are angry, your heart rate will go fast, if mixed with too many emotions that transform into violent reactions.
this can hurt people and feelings when people go fighting not only by physical but on the emotional aspect too.
just like your tongue will become a sword that will kill people.

>Sometimes this will go on worse scenarios when too much hatred in your heart.

This will cause lives.

How do we prevent these violent actions when we are so angry or too much hate emotions.

When People hurt you, give them understanding and love,  don't be angry so easily, 
try to cool down yourself, be calm and have to talk and act on what is right.
try to listen to one another side and both parties should agree.


# Remember: Anger- or hatred will not solve any problems in life, it will make things worse.

because too much hate is bad for your health and your personality.
this will give you more stress in life.
it consumes a lot of your energy.

if people do you wrong, don't get revenge or do the things that they have done to you.
>let the time of  "karma" do the rest and justice will prevail on your behalf.

-now you can have that big smile--- hahaha hahaha.

but on your side, you must learn to forgive and forget!!

# yes, it's hard to forgive, but you must do this in order for you to move on,
for the bad thing happens in the past, 


because past is past, you will never take it back the time, once its done, it's done already.
>Forgive yourself and others too.

and that will make you free from the past, its the only way to makes things go forward.

# forgive those who hated you,
 forgive those who hurt you, forgive and forget!!
coz everything has own reason why it happens.

Love yourself again,
love your life, express love and there will be peace in your heart.
this will change the path of your decision through your journey in life.




Love not to hate,
Love one another as your father in the heavens loves you more.

be an inspiration to others that hate will not solve anything.
