Living in this world is a gift. It became a gift because of our way of functioning the brain well. Simple happiness can be extreme if you don't ask much. Although sometimes if we will think clearly we will realize that life can be deceiving. We will fool it and it can be fooled but on the other hand, sometimes we will be the ones being fooled. Even though it doesn't exist it exists because we think it does. That's why most unhappy people do have a fragile body. They forgot that just by smiling it can forget what they are worried about. 

"It Will Be Alright" are just simple words but will have a big impact. Just by understanding that everything will be alright will change the way you thought about life. I know it's not easy especially when you will feel something horrible. Your body gets weaker or your body is feeling the pain. Undeniably that it will be hard to contradict it. Also, it gets worse when you're thinking that you're not doing better. I may understand you but I can't force you to understand what it is you're feeling. It's your body and mind but not mine. 

What I can do now is to help you think positively. Nothing good will happen by keeping on thinking negatively. Hence it will just make the situation worse because of thinking it too much. Not only that, a bad feeling will show up or make you feel it all of a sudden. Our brain is so tricky because it just creates things that it's not there. That's what I've been telling you that it's important to think that it will be alright. Help yourself to or force yourself to practice controlling your thoughts in times like this.

I'm saying this because I got an idea from my old mother. She keeps on thinking of illness that it's not there. Imagine if he was busy or had fun. She couldn't think of those feelings that made her weak. Although the companionship is better to help her understand that it's not real. But I can't be with her all the time to say those words. We went to a Doctor many times but again found nothing. Our brain is just creating illnesses because of our loneliness.

If you're that lonely out there, just think that It Will Be Alright. You feel lonely now but next time you will not be. We should know that what we will experience or what we will feel will not happen all the time. Just like morning and night. They can't be together because they have their time. If there will be darker days. I'm sure there will be brighter days for you. Stop thinking too much and you should not think that you're being tied with illnesses. We all feel that but it doesn't mean it will never be gone. Repeat it many times by saying, "It Will Be Alright."
