Just water and sunlight

Imagine you had an exhausting day yesterday. All you did was working for the whole day. When you got home you were tired already. Just food to fill your stomach and rest awhile before going to sleep. Your body was hurting because you worked too much yesterday. Not just your body but also your mind. As you sleep you thought you wouldn't make it by tomorrow for sure. Your energy was drained and nothing left for tomorrow.

As you woke up you got it right. Your body still recovering from the yesterday. You slowly of rising up because you're not in the mood to work for today. But when the water touches your skin. You don't feel like taking a bath because it's freezing. Since you have an obligation as a worker you will force yourself to get ready. In the time the water showers your body. The tired feeling you just had will fade away. You will feel like you're alive again and rose from the dead. Of course, the water will help your body and mind refresh. The thoughts you had will soon leave you because you feel like you are just being born.

Now, you're ready to go for work. When the sunlight brightens your body it gives another energy again. The morning heat from the sun said it's good for our body. It's like a vitamin to our body. It will help someone to be livelier. Not only into the body but also the mind. You will have a calm mind and a happy mind. It's because of seeing the beauty that surrounds us will make someone's mind happy. The sunlight will engulf the world and will create a beautiful image that helps our mind to relax. That's why we will travel because we want the stress to leave in our mind. And by just having the sun will be enough to heal our crowded minds.

You could tell how good is the water and the sunlight every morning. When watered plants will have the sunlight of the sun. The plants look so happy by just seeing the greenery leaves. You could tell that these plants are healthy. Unlike those yellowish leaves that make us think its dying. You can see joy if you will be surrounded by green leaves plants.

That's why don't forget to take a bath in the morning to feel refresh. Don't forget to let your skin touches the sunlight. By having these two every day. You could say that you have a healthy body and soul.
