 本篇文章讨论的“人才”可不是带有讽刺意义的，而是指真正的有才能、学识、经验等优势的人，这个话题源自我自己的工作经验。 很久以前我一直觉得一个公司能做的好全靠火车头，后来当我经历了几年工作经验后发现，火车头固然很重要，但是要说到贡献，自然还是车轱辘的贡献更大。 我说的是在某一个项目上的贡献，但往往贡献与价值没有绝对的关系，一个好的点子可以价值巨大，因为它稀有珍贵，但普通的劳动力或技术力量就相对不那么稀有。 但今天我想表达的重点是如果车轱辘不好，火车头再牛也没什么太大意义。在我所工作的团队，大家的能力在这个领域内还是都比较优质的，很多事情就可以落到实处，工作成效自然而然就有了保障。 这也正是为什么各大城市都在人才引入，因为一个没有大量人才支撑的城市在任何一个领域都不太可能出色，就像你和朋友一起玩英雄联盟，如果五个人都比较菜，拿什么赢？ 这样我们也可以理解古代的帝王是多么求贤若渴，一个君主即便是再英明，如果满朝文武没有一个人能将他的号令贯彻落实，又怎么可能把决策传达到各府县呢。 睿智的团队、公司领导人必然是不会把所有的功绩都往自己的身上装，要学会取舍，也要意识到人才的重要性。 当一个人觉得自己百分百不可替代的时候，或许正是他即将被替代的时候（当然，绝对实力除外，哈哈哈）。
