<liketuimages> <center>   </center> </liketuimages> 今天听到有三位同事在说，最近两天感觉人迷瞪瞪的，打不起精神容易犯困，原来不只是我一个人有这样的感受，那就说明当前这个季节广泛会导致人产生这种状态，我还以为又是什么炎症重、火气旺导致的。 前几天还比较凉快，这两天开始升温，但体感还算舒适的。温度一升起来就让人感到困倦，每天早上我都有一种懒床的状态，明明晚上睡足了七八个小时，明明睡眠质量也还可以，但就是还想继续睡。 白天看着明晃晃的室外，即便是上午，也会有一种倦意来袭，到了下午更是不打个盹根本撑不下去，似乎找到学生时代上课打瞌睡的感觉。 其实这倒也没什么，我比较在意的是影响到我健身的状态了。上周星期天去健身房练背，第一组动作是引体向上，按照4×10做，平时前两组都是10个一气呵成不会吊杠停歇，但这次却在第二组做到第7个便觉得需要缓两秒。 所以说健身对于身心状态都是有要求的，而且健身人士都对这状态非常敏感。比如平时能用30KG的重量且不怎么吃力，但状态不好做到一半就觉得力竭。 后来我开始做其他练背的动作，整体状态就是不如往常。以往我练背至少做6个不同的动作，但这次完成4个动作后就觉得呼吸节奏都不顺畅了，甚至有点犯恶心的感觉。刚好此时健身房还有十分钟就打烊了，我也就点到为止。 其实状态不好对于健身来说还是有风险的，尤其是使用自由器械时，控制很重要。 于是最近两天我都打算缓一缓再去健身房了，反正正准备刷点脂肪，干脆就晚上爬爬楼梯什么的，这对于状态的要求不那么高。 不知道朋友们有没有和我类似的感受，或许不同的地区气候也不同，给当地人带来的影响也是不同的。五月份，估计有的地方已经非常炎热了，想到夏天的暴热即将来临，就直冒汗。 --- For the best experience view this post on [Liketu](https://liketu.com/@mrpointp/5r5nrf)
