形形色色的老师 | 我的初中班主任

还念大学之前，我心目中“老师”这一职业带给我的感受就是严肃的、神圣的，甚至有一种“生人勿近”的距离感。
 
直到读了大学，学生不再是以成绩为全部成长方向，学业压力也就没那么大了，一些老师们更多的是以亦师亦友的状态与学生相处。
 
其实在我读初中的时候就有一位老师是这样与学生相处的，只是对我个人而言更多的还是敬畏感，直到长大后才发现其实这样的老师真的很好。
 
这是一位男英语老师，当时他是三四十岁吧，也就是和我们父母的年龄相仿，但是这位老师很幽默，总体来说一个词可以形容：松弛有度。
 
当我们表现比较好的时候，他的课堂就是一种轻松愉快的氛围，互动很多，也有许多玩笑，很多同学们就在这样的环境之下对英语产生了兴趣，班级总体成绩也挺好的。
 
但是他在必要的时候也很严肃，班级气氛过于活跃他会及时纠正。
 
初中三年让我记忆最深刻的一件事就是有一次我们班的一个女生和食堂大妈因为琐事起了争执，那个大妈超凶，班主任一听马上就冲到食堂和那个大妈对峙，回到班上后他才教育了那个女生。
 
也就是说，这位老师其实在用心保护自己的学生，在关键时候是为自己的学生站队的，但之后还是会教育自己的学生，因为至少要让学生懂得基本的是非黑白。
 
当然那时候我还没有这么多感触，这些都是后来才发现的，于是不禁感叹这位老师真的很好，很幸运成为他的学生。
