 credit:pixabay.com 昨天在无意之中听到了一句话：“慢慢来”是最快的方式。这句话说出口的背景是和一个同事在整理资料要赶时间参加一个会议，当时我就觉得这真的金玉良言啊。 “加快速度”和“慢慢来”这两个词仿佛永远都是相矛盾的，因为后者虽然在使用的时候代表着稳步前行，但有时候会导致人变得慵懒。 但是在我们的实际经验中，可以发现许多时候越是想要加快速度完成一件事，越会变得低效，甚至是出现问题，这就是所谓的忙中有乱、乱中有错吧。 于是在这种规律下，“慢慢来”和“加快速度”就产生了微妙的联系，它们本义矛盾，但又在实践中相辅相成。 试想，如果需要你和别人比赛在非常短暂的时间内将一个积木拼好，那么每一秒都很关键，每一个动作都需要尽量不保证出问题。 但往往第一次我们都会为了刻意提高速度而很慌张，所以就会失误，反而导致没有赢得比赛。但是多试几次之后，就会发现其实如果不慌不忙的把每一步都做好，反而比别人都快。 我们做事情也是如此，当面临一项需要尽快完成的工作的时候，我们要做的就是冷静的理清思路，不要着急马上实施，应当先做一个简单的计划，这样做实际上是最高效的。
