用AI帮助人类完成工作已经不是什么新鲜事了，自从ChatGPT问世以来，国内外AI应用如雨后春笋般生长。AI写文案、AI写论文、AI做视频，AI几乎可以完全当今大部分职场创作工作。

这两年，我也经常用AI，平均每天至少打开一次Kimi这个AI应用。通常我拿它来写方案、写总结，以及搜索各种知识。我常用它，不是因为技术，而是因为我觉得Kimi从来不崩溃，页面制作也不错。

工作时偶尔会制作PPT，虽然AI应用早就能做PPT了，但到现在我还真没试过，因为我总是刻板的认为PPT这种细节满满的画面制作工作，不是现在的AI技术能完成的，我觉得它也就擅长写点文字。

直到最近两天我手上堆着三个PPT要制作，而我又是一个习惯于慢工出细活的人。首先要找适合不同主题的模板，然后整理汇报思路，纯人工制作一份PPT的时间至少是一天。

于是我忽然想到，干脆用AI做一下PPT吧。通过小红书我才知道，原来Kimi就是很擅长做PPT的应用。在网页版Kimi找到“PPT助手”，然后对它提出制作要求，它就能直接生成PPT。

我就拿了一份方案给它，它很快便整理出一份大纲，大纲底部出现了一个“一键生成PPT”的按钮，单击后跳转到PPT生成页面，用户可以在这里选择模板。正式生成时，你会看到AI制作PPT的过程，就像电影画面一样迅速。

不到一分钟，二十几页PPT内容就生成了，而且也算是精美，如果放在WPS里那也是要开会员才能下载的模板。最后可以点击下载，用户就能自行编辑它了。

用AI制作的PPT自然不可能百分百令人满意，接下来还需自己调整文字、配图，但AI能帮助用户节约大部分制作时间，效率提高了很多。

我同事用Ai 写的PPT 比她自己做的都好，总结归纳还是有一套的。现在，大部分人还是会利用AI 处理文件。但对于保密的内容还是不要上传网络，最近国家泄密事件挺多的😮‍💨
