讲价的功夫

讲价绝对是一件充满技巧的事情，就像是完成不短也不长的1000米跑步竞赛，既考验起步的稳健，又讲究体力的分配，最后还得冲刺一番。

如果换到真实的讲价过程，买东西谈价格之初千万不要心急，要稳重点，你要暗自衡量并提出一个适当的价格，比你内心的“满意价”还要低一点，甚至可以大胆一点。

通常来说，只要你提出的价格足够低，卖家肯定是会还价的，一口价1000，你给600，他还得还价，因为打6折太低了，可能都快要触到成本线了。这个过程必须要经得住拉扯，耐心听他表述，大概对方会说自己的产品如何如何好。

能不能以自己接受的价格买下来，从这个阶段就能看出，对方不厌其烦地说话，证明他觉得这次生意能成，也反过来证明你提出的价格不算离谱。

最后的冲刺，便是一口咬定“底牌价”，表示如果这个价格不行的话就算了。如果卖家在上一阶段表现得比较积极，那么此时他大概率会接受你的底牌价。

我算不上讲价大师，但是比起十年前已经长进许多，这些都是从我妈和长辈们那里学来的。

其实讲价最重要的一点是放下自己的尴尬与胆怯，以前我不太会讲价时，总担心还价太低卖家会藐视我，还价比较“温柔”，这种情况即便成交，回家后也会感到后悔当时没能多压点价格。

讲价还有一个重要技巧，那就是无论你多么喜欢一个产品，也不要表现出来。这是一场心理战，如果对方察觉到你真的非常想要得到这个产品，那他在心理上就已经很有优势了。

要表示并不是非买不可，就算要买也不是非他不可。至于你到底有没有拿到比较优惠的价格，可以粗略参考讲价过程的艰难程度，如果比较容易就谈成了，可能距离人家的底线还远着呢…

最近软装又经历了好几次价格谈判，也不知道算不算买到实惠，但也算是尽力了，讲价实在是太消耗精力了。
