 听说经常做梦的人睡眠质量不好，虽然我没有夜夜做梦，但也算是隔三差五较为频繁。有时候梦里发生的事情很平淡，有时很快乐，当然也有很压抑难受的梦。每次梦境压抑，这股感受直到醒来还存在良久。 昨夜正是做了一场让我惊恐的梦，说来“剧情”真是奇葩。 我梦见我和两位关系很好的朋友拿着武器抢店铺，但是时间地点已经记不清了，反正我们三个人跟二愣子似的横冲直闯还不避开监控，当时的状态又神经又嚣张，但是梦里没有其他人也没有伤害任何人。 但是一顿操作猛如虎，结果好像又没什么收获，最后才想起我们简直是毫无遮掩，这不是纯粹的送菜吗。我开始心慌后怕，然后就醒来了，醒的时候依然是凌晨天不亮，感觉安静又黑暗。 这梦太真实了，尽管是那么的无厘头，醒来知道只是个梦便有一种豁然开朗的感觉。这种梦不频繁发生，但也不是第一次，虽然它只是个梦就如同看一场惊悚电影，可总觉得是劳心费神，再说我也不爱看惊悚电影。 做这样的梦，会不会是我精神压力比较大，或者电影看多了。 记得老高与小茉有一集讲的是控梦，有研究表示梦是可以控制的，但是需要很强的意念加不断地练习，看完这集我甚至在思考这个世界到底是不是真是存在的，会不会也只是幻象，只不过这个幻象更庞大复杂。 如果我要控梦的话，一定要创造一个以天空、草地、海洋为基础的场景，然后我拥有随意穿梭遨游的能力，就好像白天苦闷上班，晚上专门有个地方度假散心。绝对不要创造一个过度满足个人欲望的梦境，否则人们不光是分不清现实与梦幻，更会无法自拔。
