 每年上半年都要经历一次审计，而今年因为成都有一家同行出了大问题，导致在这年底本来就忙碌的时候临时接受检查。 做财务检查审计的工作组可不在意任何工作绩效，他们只在意财务流程是否标准，财务资料是否规范，资金去向是否合法合规。 但是制度和实际情况总是有一定出入的，这就导致任何一家单位，哪怕是审计公司本身也做不到万分之一万的规范标准，但凡有心挑毛病就一定能有所收获。所以，我是真的反感。 反感并不是因为哪一毛钱用得不应该不合规，而是检查人员给你挑出的问题很难很难整改，甚至为了整改还要作假。 举个例子。有些经费是在比较偏僻的区域花费的，例如买箱矿泉水、吃个盒饭，一些苍蝇大小的超市和饭馆根本没办法给你开票，只能开收据。 但是收据和收银小票并不能作为可靠的财务凭证，必须见发票，最次也要是手撕发票。如果你问财务检查人员这种情况要怎么处理，难道不吃饭不喝水？那么对方会告诉你哪怕从其他地方找发票挪过来用也行。 等于说，本来这项支出是真实的，非要拿一张毫不相干的发票来充数，这不就是作假？ 还有一个比较奇特的部分就是私车公用，单位没有公车，去跨区域工作只能开自己的车，附上加油发票、工作文件、里程记录还不行，必须自己亲自去税务部门开一张个人发票，以证明自己的车租用于这次工作。 制度标准大家都懂，可是实在是太刻板。也不知道那些制定标准的人有没有足够的一线经验，否则何必要制定出一堆几乎无人能完全做到的标准呢。 嘴上痛快，但是面对人家检查人员提出的意见，也只能诚恳地说会认真整改…
