这是一部2023年才上映的韩国政治题材电影，看完它之后我觉得电影名字起得太好了，虽然没什么内涵，但似乎就是赤裸裸地预告与总结：90年代韩国政治博弈就是如此，权力也正是由此诞生。

在90年代的釜山，一位名叫金海雄的议员正是如日中天，对接下来将进行的选举很有信心。在得知某片区的地皮将被开发后，为了得到民心，他擅自在民众面前表决心，表示自己将捍卫大家的家园，结果这一行为令所在政党大佬顺泰很不满意。

大佬很生气，后果很严重。顺泰对金海雄的处理方式是“提名他人选举”，然而金海雄为了这次选举甚至不惜向黑帮贷款，他已经没有退路。自此，他与一手遮天的顺泰决裂，准备以无党派人士的身份参与选举，不仅如此还拉拢了黑帮头目弼道作为自己的臂膀。故事由此展开。

这部电影的剧情内容丰富且跌宕起伏，将90年代的韩国政治环境和选举状况揭露得很到位，这部电影继续发扬了韩国电影“敢拍敢演”的精神。

全片主要角色里，压根没有一个是善类，都在为自己的利益拼命博弈。民众的支持是假的、选票是假的、兄弟义气也是假的。

电影里有个细节，为了得到各方面的支持，金海雄还请普通民众外出旅游，还为他们准备了礼金。这正是极为讽刺的情节，收买人心的手段从权力阶层贯彻到底层民众，所谓的支持率就是个笑话。

然而这还不是最讽刺之处，顺泰想通过拉拢弼道击垮金海雄，弼道准备在重要关头和手下们一起解决掉金海雄，不料金海雄在前一晚早已与顺泰达成共识，这场勾心斗角以弼道被全面出卖为结局，他的小弟全都背叛了他。

有意思的是，在这场政治斗争中，黑帮看似凶恶，却被玩政治的书生们稳稳拿捏。正如电影台词所说“政治是和魔鬼做交易”，黑帮又如何。

对这类题材感兴趣的朋友，一定不要错过这部电影。
