「探店」香港新记茶餐厅 #1

人之初，性本善。

<strong>人类对美食的追求或许正与人性相似，难以磨灭，哪怕在经历过时间的洗礼和生活压力后依然可以用美食化解大多数烦恼。</strong>

在刚刚经历了长达十个月的“禁嘴”后，我终于再次开启了我的美食探店之旅。

乐山新开了一家世豪广场，位于乐山高铁站附近，这是继王府井、万达广场之后的又一个大型商圈，它的出现正迎合了乐山人民日益增加的娱乐、饮食需求。

不能吃麻、不能吃辣，这并不影响我对美食的寻觅，我们将目光注视到世豪广场三楼一家名为新记的港式茶餐厅，一家开在电影院旁装修做旧的餐厅。

以前吃过几家港式茶餐厅的饭菜，且一直对川内的茶餐厅没什么兴趣，毕竟这种从沿海地带带入四川的菜系未必真的适合钟爱香辣的川蜀人。

可不知道这家茶餐厅的菜品是经过改造融合或本身就是港式本味，令我不得不给这家餐厅一个好评。

首先谈谈这家茶餐厅的装潢，一眼望去，典型的影视剧中香港茶餐厅风格。

上个世纪流行的壁灯，港片中茶餐厅上镜率最高的格子墙砖，总体来讲，装修略有做旧复古感，毕竟没去过香港，不敢对其装修相似度妄加评论。

个人觉得装修上有个小细节不够好，墙上贴有“兰桂坊、旺角、油麻地”等字样的牌子，香港人看到这个也许就好比一个成都人到外省餐厅吃饭看见“太古里、春熙路、荷花池”等字样，如果仅有一两个名字或许会自然一些。

本地人點評：裝修是挺港式懷舊的，除了那些鮮艷的格子...哈哈

香港茶餐廳是沒有咖哩魚蛋吃的，我倒覺得把咖哩魚蛋帶到茶餐廳內是挺有新意
