「探店」胖哥老火锅 #1

我试过连续几天都吃火锅，吃得我是嘴里长泡、脸上冒痘，也试过几个月不吃火锅，但那同样是令人难以忍受的过程。

四川人喜欢吃火锅、重庆人也爱吃火锅，许多外地人也慕名来到四川想尝尝传说中的麻辣火锅。

八月底我们逃离烈日炎炎的四川，前往上千公里外的青海省和甘肃省。在经过甘肃张掖时，司机师傅带着我们寻找美食，经过一家火锅店时，我们几乎一致同意晚餐就在这解决了。

不得不说，甘肃的美食不算多，在西北的这几天我们早已开始思念四川的味道，一家火锅店的出先无异于是雪中送炭。

据说这家胖哥老火锅的底料和部分食材是从四川运过来的，起初我认为这不过是店家的噱头，但火锅的味道证明了可能性还是蛮大的。

<strong>室内装潢</strong>

胖哥老火锅的店面装潢，是经典的古代风格，加入了川剧脸谱元素。非常喜欢那面满是五彩盘子的墙，让整体装潢经典但不显老土。每个包间的门模仿古代的红色木门，就连包间号也是用麻将里的“筒子”来表示。

为了照顾小侄女，我们点的鸳鸯锅，其实这是比较健康的火锅吃法，清淡和麻辣搭配在一起可能肠胃会更容易接受。一上来就一人送了一碗西瓜冰粉，唯一不足就是冰粉是常温的。
