「探店」马路边边串串 #1
年关将至，很多餐馆都开始有了圣诞节氛围，假期也渐渐向我们靠拢，突然发现我们是越来越管不住自己的口腹之欲了。

短短的一个多月，我和@mrpointp探索了城市中数不尽的美食佳肴。

这不，刚刚又发现了一家新开不久的麻辣烫店，这可不是一般的餐厅，它是蹿红于网络的—马路边边串串。

听着名字，是不是觉得够随意够个性，最重要的是，这是一家可以边“穿越”边吃麻辣烫的店。

麻辣烫起源于长江附近，最初就是河道船工和纤夫图个方便才发明了这样一种方式，就在长江岸边搭起瓦罐，就地取材，有什么就煮什么，时间一长，其中的商机也就被人们发现。

麻辣烫应该算是火锅的鼻祖，最大的区别就是火锅直接把菜品放进去煮，而麻辣烫是穿在签上煮，有点像串串香，比起火锅更快捷方便，味道也有所不同。

走进马路边边的门口，映入眼帘的全是陈旧而经典的装潢，整体以灰色为底，四面都是手工壁画。

画里有电影院售票厅、理发店、裁缝店、小卖部，细看这些栩栩如生的店铺，这不全是上个世纪八九十年代的风格吗，果然就算是穿越了。

除了壁画，墙上还有很多明星的旧照，有朝气蓬勃的BEYOND，有荧幕女神王祖贤，有传奇宗师李小龙，这些不都是那几代人崇拜和敬佩的明星么，满满的回忆啊。

整体的怀旧氛围是有了，但这是远远不够的，面子是好料，里子可不能用瞎糊弄，要做到里应外合，再来看看这家麻辣烫的细节吧。
