这两天有种感慨，感觉每天都有做不完的事，真是一件一件接踵而至，这可能和我在高三有很大的关系，虽然现在只教一个班，但一点也不轻松，工作量虽然比以前少了，但备课量是一样的，即使按时下班，也是在家备课。

前阵子忙完了信息技术2.0，紧接着就是微课大赛，好不容易能够喘口气，昨天就开始帮助组上的老师检查2.0，同时提出修改意见，并帮忙上传。

除了我以外，全组13个老师，需要从第二阶段的三个作业，检查到第三阶段的两个作业，大家都有或多或少的小错误，中午在办公室加班把情况全都罗列出来了，下午上完课就在办公室帮忙，办公室50多岁的老师也是在加紧修改，真的是大家都不容易啊。

看着自己备忘录中的待办事项就很抓狂，改作业，备课，检查2.0，改作文，整理课堂学案，帮教研室的朋友做他们市的诊断考试题，学生答疑，整理早自习的安排...周日晚上还去学校监考，等收好试卷都已经是晚上10点半了。

我感觉我已经在争分夺秒了，可总是赶不上进度，仔细想想原因就在于周日下午带小孩出去游玩了一下，回来的代价就是不停地加班，以为事情快要完成时，总会有新问题冒出来，就好像打地鼠一样，打完一个，又来一个。

这样的状态好像也不能改变，对有些事情又不想草草了事，所以我每件事都亲历亲为，仔细考量，就搞得特别心累，想说对学生来说有用就行，希望这180多天后所有的辛苦都值得吧。
