「探店」巫山烤鱼 —— 纸上美味 #2

再说说味道，烤匠和巫山烤鱼在这一点上有明显的区别。

烤匠的大部分菜品味道都比较重，尤其是麻辣味的烤鱼真是辣得流鼻涕，哪怕酸菜味的烤鱼也是很咸的。

就算是出自它家的其他菜，比如包浆豆腐、鱿鱼、烤串等味道都是偏咸偏辣的，个人而言我是能接受这种“重口味”，但并不一定每个人都喜欢。

<strong>巫山烤鱼的味道适合各个年龄段的人吃，烤鱼下的汤汁香辣而不辛辣，夹一筷子鱼肉蘸一下汤汁，口感极佳。</strong>

搭配的菜品包含在烤鱼套餐内，共五样，由顾客自己选择。在这一点上就已经完胜烤匠了，因为巫山烤鱼的配菜算在套餐内，而烤匠的配菜需要单点单算，前者更划算。

在此推荐，配菜中火腿肠、土豆片、魔芋特别好吃，五花肉还是过油之后更美味，煮在汤汁里总觉得太肥了。

我们一行五人，一份烤鱼还是少了点，便点了一份干锅排骨。

看来我品尝过的美食还是太少，见识太浅，将鱼和汤裹在纸里的烤鱼方式还真是第一次见。

当时第一印象是实在不相信这种奇怪而简单的烹饪方法能做出美味的食物，但打开纸的那一刻，我闻到了浓香加入配菜后这份看起来干瘪瘪的烤鱼显得饱满。
