「探店」香港新记茶餐厅 #2

接下来首先介绍这家餐厅的正餐吧！

<strong>菠萝咕噜肉 </strong>

这道菜在香港实在太出名了，估计每一位造访香港的游客都会尝尝这道菜。

这道菜略酸、略甜，与糖醋里脊这道菜有相似之处。

从口感上来讲，应该采用的是鸡肉，先裹上一层淀粉，再经过高温的油炸，最后与配菜在菜汁中融为一体。用一句话来评价，喜欢吃糖醋味的朋友一定喜欢吃这道菜。

茶餐厅的菜品我是搞不懂，我就是奔着叉烧这两个字点的，上了菜我才知道，这份叉烧肉外表与酱肉相似，

但两者味道却截然不同。@mrpointp很喜欢这道纯肉菜，肥瘦相见，油而不腻，极为下饭。

正像它的名字一样，既有咖喱味又有一丝辣味。味道我能给8分，但鱼蛋的品质我只能给5分，一尝就知道是市场上廉价的面粉制鱼蛋。

毕竟是一家茶餐厅，又不是街边的小吃摊，价格也不算便宜，希望品质还是要提高。

蒜蓉果然适合搭配几乎所有菜品。

西兰花本身过了一道开水，在适中的时间及时捞起，放入锅中加上蒜泥与调料，一份简单又可口的蒜蓉味西兰花就诞生了，这道菜我给7分。
