吃过麻辣烫和串串香的朋友都知道，通常店家提供用于装菜品的都是不锈钢托盘。

而马路边边选择乡下用的簸箕，深凹的簸箕装得更多拿的更稳，确实也比托盘实用。

餐桌上蘸碟盘子、喝水的杯子都是选用许多年前流行的用具，就连煮菜的锅都是用的蒸锅，看来硬件设施是用了心的。

麻辣烫的味道我就不多介绍了，还是那句老话，汤料味道是其次，重要的是蘸碟得配的好吃。

重点要推荐的是马路边边的三种冒菜，在此称为冒菜三样吧。冒菜三样，一冒牛肉，牛肉里面有土豆片；二冒粉条；三冒脑花。

这三道小型冒菜，麻辣鲜香，味道十足，千万不要错过。

另外，煮泡面也是我十分推荐的菜，如果你吃得清淡，在麻辣烫里煮好泡面就不需要放任何调料了，夹起来就开吃。

如果喜欢辣一点的口味，大可以在蘸水碟里裹上一裹，平时吃泡面可吃不到这种味道。

其实马路边边麻辣烫为什么这么火，味道好不好倒成了其次，重要的是它有那个用餐氛围。

约几个要好的哥们或闺蜜，在这个回忆十足的地方汗流浃背地大口吃菜，遥想一番当年的岁月，岂不令人轻松愉悦？

另说，一家餐厅光靠名声必然是支撑不了多久，要是这家马路边边麻辣烫能一直保持美味，生意红火也是理所应当的事。
