上一章说到小豆海棠令人感到舒适的装修风格和用餐氛围，今天要重点介绍一下这家店的美食，又是一波“深夜放毒”。 牛肉豆腐脑  正如上一章所述，乐山当地的豆腐脑与其他地区的豆腐脑比较大的区别在于，它不是纯粹的豆花加上汁水，重点在于实实在在的肉与浓汤勾芡后的汤头。 这碗豆腐脑应当算得上是经典示例，虽然乐山本地各区县的豆腐脑也略有区别，但大致相似。 这碗牛肉豆腐脑主要由嫩豆花、勾芡后的汤头、粉蒸牛肉以及一些调味品组成，食用的时候用勺子将其搅拌均匀。 一定要耐心一点把整碗豆腐脑和匀，因为豆腐脑的调味料通常在底部，不然的话吃到底部会非常辣和咸，前半部分的体验也就没有那么好了。 咔饼  请谅解我又点了一份关于牛肉的小吃。“咔饼”这个小吃也是乐山著名传统小吃，从小到大在乐山苏稽镇吃到的咔饼最棒。 咔饼有多种味道，有甜的有咸的，而我比较喜欢吃香辣味的牛肉咔饼。饼的质感十分重要，甚至比馅料更重要。
