这次期末考试，我和同事A私下组队给学生整理作文学案。我俩都是实干派，合作得特别愉快，比起单打独斗，效率高了不少。其实在此之前，我们就达成了共识，以后教学上的事都一起商量着来。

可隔天早上，隔壁桌的同事B手里竟拿着我们花两天时间整理的这份学案。我和A都挺纳闷，她怎么会有啊？后来才知道，同事C私下问过A，这次考试的作文学案整理没。A碍于和C关系不错，就私发给了她，还特意强调别给别人，C答应了，也确实没再传给别人。

问题出在C那里——她把学案打印出来后放在工位后的桌上，路过的B看见了，没打招呼就拿了一份去打印室复印，之后才告诉C，C觉得挺尴尬，跟B说“你自己用就行，别再分享了”。

结果今早上，同事D问大家有没有印答案详解，说要是没有她就去印。B赶紧接话，说她印了作文学案，不用麻烦了，D和在场的E一听，就让B拿一份去复印。这么一来，差不多全办公室都拿着我们整理的学案了。

这让我想起那句话：“我跟你讲个秘密，你千万别告诉别人哦~”结果没过几天，全世界都知道了。

或许你会说，这有什么，资源共享嘛。其实我以前也这么想。在上一个年级组时，我总是主动无条件分享做好的课件，觉得能被大家用起来，也算发挥了价值。可时间一长，所有人都觉得这是我的义务。

有一次更夸张，好几个人催着要讲评课件，说她们下午第一节课上课要用，让我赶紧弄好。现在想想都觉得好笑，我当时真是傻得可以——可从没见谁主动分享给我啊。后来听说，我离开那个年级组后，她们再也没人整理过学案了。

我们这种单位，老师之间多少存在竞争和利益关系，彼此的关系很微妙。

之前还因为分班的事，组长对我产生了极大的误会，就在这之后没多久，同事让我把开学第一课的课件发到群里，我顺手发了，结果被说“虚伪”；可要是不分享，又会被说“自私”。做人啊，真难。

从那之后，我就不再主动分享了。当然，也没指望别人一定要跟我分享，既然总是单方面付出，我又何必上赶着献殷勤呢？只是像这样，默默把你的资料拿去用，连招呼都不打，真的让人不舒服——这点起码的尊重都没有，反倒像觉得你做这些很轻松似的。
