 credit:pixabay.com 我有什么坏习惯呢？我思考了许久，我想不是因为我没有坏习惯，只是突然让我找到一个既可以公之于众，又可以展开来聊的那么一个坏习惯。 在家人的帮助下，我发现自己有一个“不知不觉”的坏习惯——手机控。 经过简单的计算，我发现我除了睡觉时间和工作时间，其他的大部分时间都在使用手机。休闲的主要方式用手机，吃饭时要用手机，吹头的时候要用手机，甚至走路也要用手机。 平时我使用手机一小部分情况是工作需要，大部分情况是刷抖音、刷直播、刷淘宝等…忽然发现，手机就像把玩在手中的核桃，如果不放在手上，就会觉得很不舒服。 这也让我回想起mrpointp无数次要求我不要任何时候都“抱着”手机，他的意思是有时候这并不安全，同时也会给孩子带来不好的影响，很有道理但我从未理会。 核心问题其实正是在于我连走路都会玩手机，在此之前这对我来说只是一个十分常态的行为，从来不会思考它的实质，那就是我对安全的忽视以及手机的依赖。 话已至此，我也确实应该好好想想这个问题。
